How we handle your personal data.

Who we are

DAY Capital Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202615983R), 18 Sin Ming Lane, #08-12 Midview City, Singapore 573960. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us by form, email or WhatsApp.

Personal data we collect

  • Through the enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, mobile number, what you need, and, for financing enquiries, your company's annual revenue band and the amount needed, plus any message you write.
  • Through email and WhatsApp: your contact details and whatever you choose to send us.
  • If you apply for financing or engage us for accounting: business documents such as financial statements, bank statements or platform payout reports, ACRA Bizfile records and details of existing loans, which may include personal data about directors, shareholders and other individuals connected with the business.
  • From introducers: details a broker or adviser sends us when referring a business, which they must be authorised to share.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and keep in touch about it.
  • To assess eligibility and prepare indicative terms for financing.
  • To document, provide and administer facilities and accounting services.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed for the purposes above, with:

  • Service providers that run our website and communications: Formspree (enquiry form processing), Lark (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and WhatsApp (messaging).
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
  • Parties involved in arranging or documenting a facility you apply for.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Data stored outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process personal data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, including through the providers' contractual terms.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not go ahead: deleted within 6 months of our last contact.
  • Clients and borrowers: kept for as long as needed to provide the service or facility, and then as long as legal, regulatory and accounting requirements need.

How we protect it

We limit access to personal data to those who need it, and use service providers with established security arrangements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue an enquiry, facility or service. Email us at the address below and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
